EPIDERM XF2, XF3 is a highly flexible protective film of a new type. It is suitable for all cold smoked and semi-smoked sausages.
EPIDERM XF2, XF3 forms a transparent, glossy film which gives an attractive shine to the product’s surface and intensifies natural colours. No drying of edges occurs when cutting the sausage.
EPIDERM XF2, XF3 protects against formation of mould and bacteria very well. The lacquer has this feature due to good flexibility without cracking and peeling.
EPIDERM XF2, XF3 is different in that, in the event of high humidity (e.g., when storing the sausages in boxes), it doesn’t become cloudy, milky, or soft nor does is it stick together when the sausages are stored atop one another. This gives the lacquer priority over other emulsive films which often flake off, rebound when the sausages contact and thus create conditions for the mould to form and spread.
WHEN USING THIS LACQUER, THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY OTHER PROTECTION AGAINST MOULD.
