For making brines for sausages, weenies, hot smoked products, we recommend carrageen Protogel 1200.
For making of canned goods, we recommend carrageen Protogel CAN.
For making brines for freshly minced meat, marinaded products, we recommend carrageen GEL 1313 that turns to gel in cold water.
